To register for one of these courses write a check for $50.00 and mail to Tim Weaver at 3955 Southeastern Way, Suite 2A, West Columbia SC 29169
When you show up you will get your check back the last day. Please included your email and or phone number.

We can only allow 18 people in these courses. As soon as we receive your Check you will be placed on the roster. We only charge for the cards and you must have a book which you can order online if you like. Dead line for registration will be 5 days before 1st day for course.  On the day of the course, you must show up with books in hand.

These courses are being taught at the Palmetto Health - USC School of Medicine Simulation Center.  All classes start @ 9:00am.  We have paramedics, nurses and flight nurses teaching all courses.
